Waterloo

Later today, I'm heading to a memorial celebration for my friend Denise who left us this past summer. Currently, I'm working from home and - as always - listening to the iPod on "shuffle."

I could have gone the emotional route and had myself a good cry when Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men's "One Sweet Day" cycled through, but instead, I hit the --> button and was met with the opening blast of Abba's "Waterloo" which was absolutely perfect since one of my favorite memories of Denise was going to see the movie version of Mamma Mia when it came out last year, and singing loudly and poorly through the whole thing. How could I ever refuse? I feel like I win when I lose!
